- website for the whole ecosystem, instead of about ten WordPress sites

“The team has a vision for the project that really impressed me. They don’t hesitate to redo what has been done to make it better. I recommend them wholeheartedly!”
Olivier MadelrieuxFounder @ Académie MadelrieuxContext: a recognised expert, an online presence that didn’t show it
Olivier Madelrieux has created more than 80 training courses, coached more than 500 top athletes, and his YouTube videos add up to millions of views.
Online, none of this showed. His expertise was spread across about ten ageing WordPress sites, which competed with each other on Google instead of adding up.
In his field, the author’s credibility counts twice. Google looks at it closely for anything related to well-being, and a visitor buys a course when they trust the person teaching it.
Goals: one website, visible credibility, the right course for everyone
The redesign had four goals:
- Bring the whole ecosystem together on one website: courses, books, webinars, talks and articles.
- Show his credibility to visitors and to Google: background, experience, results.
- Guide every visitor to the course that suits them, from beginner to practitioner.
- Give the team a website that evolves quickly, with every launch.
How we did it: from the inventory to a site built in components
1. Take stock of the ecosystem
We started with an onboarding in Notion: Olivier’s audiences, the content to showcase, the messages for each field and the purchase path for each course. One conviction came out of it: his background is his best argument, and it had to carry the whole site.
2. An architecture by academy
We proposed several architectures. The one chosen organises the courses into themed academies, with an author page, a blog and resource pages (webinars, talks, masterclasses). The copy was written by Olivier’s copywriter.
An academy page presents its method in steps, so a beginner knows where to start.

3. An image that matches the expert
Olivier already had brand guidelines. We tested several directions on mockups, to balance restraint, warmth and modernity. His logo was adapted to every background.

4. An author page built for credibility
We created a dedicated author page: education, experience, people coached, media presence. The FAQ is marked up as structured data for Google.

5. Webflow in components
We built the site on Webflow, in reusable components, with one collection per content type: courses, books, articles, webinars and talks. A new course page is created by assembling existing blocks.
Results: one website instead of about ten, course pages that lead to the sale
The website has been live since October 2025:
- About ten websites merged into one.
- 418 clicks on the buttons leading to the sales page, for 853 views of the course pages, from 17 May to 10 June 2026.
- A website that keeps up with the offer: in July 2026, the academies were reorganised into five, in half an hour.
What’s next: monthly support, and two agents that answer visitors and sign-ups
Since November 2025, we have supported Olivier every month: new course pages, announcements, articles and site updates.
In 2026, we added our two agents:
- Jenna on the website answers visitors and collects their details. In October 2026, 125 conversations led to 16 contacts, and three of them went on to buy a course.
- Jean on WhatsApp follows masterclass sign-ups, from the reminder to the replay, and answers their questions. In October 2026, 30 purchases followed a contact with him, including 9 sign-ups to the Coach APR programme.
These purchases came after a contact with Jean (a click, a message or a conversation): some would have happened without him.
