Wealthcome: helping a post-raise fintech gain visibility and autonomy

Wealthcome builds software for wealth advisors. After its €7M raise, we built its new website on Webflow, set up technical SEO and trained the team to run it on its own.

Context: a €7M raise, a website that no longer kept up

Wealthcome digitises the work of wealth management advisors. In March 2025, the company raised €7M. Its website, built in-house on Webflow, no longer matched that ambition.

The site had three limits: a fragile architecture that made every change complex, an image out of step with the product, and a marketing team that needed a developer for the smallest update.

The original site had been built in-house without a component library: every new page started from scratch, and every edit risked breaking another.

Wealthcome has a strong design team. It designed the new mockups and wrote the copy. What it lacked was a technical partner to turn them into a site that is quick to evolve. The team found us on Google.

The website in 20 seconds, from the homepage to mobile.

Goals: integrate their mockups, qualify prospects, publish without a developer

We set four goals with the Wealthcome team:

  • Integrate their mockups faithfully into a Webflow site built in components.
  • Turn the pricing page into a sales tool that qualifies every prospect.
  • Lay solid SEO foundations to grow organic traffic.
  • Make the marketing team autonomous on content, pages and landing pages.

How we did it: from architecture to autonomy

1. Map the needs with their teams

We started with working sessions with the design and marketing teams. The aim: list today’s uses and tomorrow’s, to know which blocks the team would need to assemble on its own.

These sessions set the list of key pages: pricing, resources, events hub and blog. Each one got its structure before the build.

Pricing pageQualify every prospect and route them to the right salesperson
Linked CMSPublish webinars, resources and articles on its own
Training and videosKeep the autonomy after delivery

2. A library of Webflow components

We built the site in reusable components. To create a page, the team assembles existing blocks, without breaking the design or calling a developer.

Each block has its variants and settings. The team changes a text, an image or the order of sections without touching the structure, and the site stays consistent from page to page.

3. A pricing page that qualifies prospects

The pricing page became a sales qualification tool, more than a price grid:

  • Real-time price calculation based on the selected options
  • More than 15 form variants depending on the prospect’s profile
  • Automatic routing to the right sales contact
  • Return on investment simulation for each plan

A static page becomes a journey: visitors build their plan, watch the price change, then leave a request that is already qualified for the sales team.

Each visitor choice refines the price and sends the request to the right salesperson.

4. A CMS that serves the content

We structured the CMS around Wealthcome’s content strategy, with one collection per use:

  • The team: each expert has a profile, to show who is behind the product.
  • The events hub: webinars, conferences and replays.
  • The resource centre: videos, guides and case studies.
  • The multi-author blog: the team’s voice, and content for SEO.

The collections are linked: an article points to its author, a webinar to its resources. This linking keeps visitors reading, and helps Google understand the site.

The team publishes its webinars and meetups on its own, in a hub linked to the rest of the site.

5. Technical SEO and advice

We laid the technical SEO foundations and advised the team on how to organise its content. A clear architecture and linked pages: enough to help Google understand the offer.

6. Train the team

So the autonomy would last, we trained the team with a tailored programme:

  • Day-to-day CMS management
  • Creating product landing pages
  • Evolving the pricing page
  • Video documentation and practical guides

Results: more traffic, a team that moves on its own

Three months after launch:

  • +150% organic traffic.
  • Publishing time divided by 4 for the marketing team.
  • A landing page created in under 2 hours, without a developer.

Day to day, the team updates its content without a developer. The budget once spent on development now goes to marketing. Since delivery, the team has not requested a single technical intervention.

In 2026, Wealthcome raised €15M, with the same website.
