“I was really very satisfied working with Croissant […] a magnificent job on our landing page. […] Lots of our customers tell us they just loved our landing page.”
Sylvain NguyenCo-founder @ linktimeContext: a solid technical foundation, with no identity or page to present it
linktime's technical foundation was solid. It lacked an identity, and a page that explains the extension and makes people want to download it.
The team hired us for a short project, focused on one page.
Goals: an identity, then downloads
The project had to:
- Create a mini-brand: a clear visual identity that is easy to remember.
- Get the extension downloaded from the landing page.
- Let the team run its articles and pages on its own.
How we did it: from the mini-brand to the blog
1. A mini-brand and a style guide in Framer
We defined linktime's identity: typefaces, colour palette and graphic elements. We then set it up in a Framer style guide, to keep every page consistent.
2. A landing page built for downloads
We designed the page, then built it in Framer, for mobile and desktop alike. Download buttons are placed at key moments of the journey, and interactions are simplified.
3. A blog the team could run on its own
We set up the Framer CMS for articles, with linked content. Each article had its tags for Google: title, description and image alt text.
4. Training for the marketing team
We trained the team on Framer: the editor, the CMS and page updates. We handed over a practical guide, to keep a consistent image.
Results: more than 4,000 downloads in 3 months
- +4,000 downloads of the extension in the 3 months after launch.
- A brand identity, set up in a style guide.
- A trained team, able to run its blog and pages on its own.
linktime's website is no longer online: the video keeps a demo of it.
